Shipping policy

We deliver within Singapore.

Delivery starts from S$2.90. Orders under 1 kg (grips, tape, edge guard film and small ball packs) are S$2.90; orders of 1 kg or more, including any order with a paddle, are S$4.90.

In-stock items are usually delivered within 3–5 working days. We will contact you to arrange a delivery slot where needed.

Some items are sold as pre-orders — paid for in full now, shipped when the stock reaches Singapore. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Pre-order timelines are estimates provided to us by the brand and are not guaranteed; they can move, sometimes by several weeks. We will keep you updated if a date shifts materially.

However, if we have not shipped your pre-order within 90 days of the estimate shown when you ordered — or, where no estimate was shown, within 90 days of your order date — you may cancel it for a full refund.
