About TPSN

TPSN is the trading name of Topspin Pickleball LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in Singapore (UEN T26LL0938L). We are a small, independent pickleball retailer run by two partners, Leroy and Jia Shern, and we have been selling paddles and accessories to players in Singapore since May 2026, first on Carousell and now here at tpsn.shop.

What we do

We stock performance paddles, grips, balls and accessories from established pickleball brands, so Singapore players can buy them locally at a fair price instead of importing them one by one. We buy our stock from the brands and their distributors, hold it in Singapore, and every product we sell is genuine.

Each product page shows the brand that makes it, its full specifications, the price in Singapore dollars and whether it is in stock or a pre-order. Pre-order items are paid for in full at checkout and ship when the stock reaches Singapore; our Shipping policy sets out the terms.

Where we operate and ship from

We are based in Pasir Ris, Singapore. We are an online shop without a walk-in store: every order is packed and shipped from our stock in Singapore, and we deliver within Singapore only. In-stock items usually arrive within 3–5 working days. Delivery is S$2.90 for orders under 1 kg and S$4.90 for orders of 1 kg or more, shown at checkout before you pay. Prices include everything; we are not GST-registered and add no tax.

We also meet players for paddle demos by arrangement. Contact us to book one.

Returns, faults and warranty

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, contact us and we will put it right. Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, and as the Singapore retailer we file and manage the claim with the brand for you. Full details are in our Refund policy and Terms & Policies.
